In order to evidence the CPD standards, Registrants must provide a minimum of 10 learning activities to demonstrate how they meet the CPD Standards. They are also asked to provide a < 500 word summary of their roles and responsibilities and provide a current professional development plan using SMART goal methodology as part of the CPD profile submission.
